Did Some More Chequing Around

Yesterday I posted some pictures of MP's with their BIG cheques who had not yet been identified as being part of the cheque-scheme.

However, there were a few more that I cam across which you will find below.

Royal Galipeau, MP Ottawa Orleans. This one is a tad vague, but you can make out his signature and name if you look hard enough.

Paul Calandra, Oak Ridges-Markham

Bob Dechert, MP Mississauga-Erindale

Ed Holder - London West

Mike Wallace, MP Burlington

This last one appears to have something in the bottom right hand corner that appears to say the Honourable ..... ? Bonus points for the person who can figure out the name. My bet is Gordon O'Connor, MP Carleton-Mississippi Mills.

bev oda's really big cheque from 2006

Looks like the Conservatives were endorsing cheques with their own names well before the stimulus spending spree to Conservative ridings. You will notice this one is endorsed by the Prime Minister (pretty sure he didn't sign this one himself). As far as I can recall these cheques should be endorsed by the Receiver General of Canada.
