Is this ad suppose to show how scary Mr. Dion is, again the Cons are thinking they can con the people in Quebec.
I would hope that Quebecers are smarter than that because it cost a lot of money (approx $1,000 each) from the REST of Canada to keep them happy.
This whole constant ad thing is getting "so boring" - who would waste their time watching. ZZZZZZ
